Ryan joined UCSF in August of 2019 to help support the digital transformation efforts underway via the cloud services being used and deployed across UCSF. Ryan was previously at AWS working as a Senior Solutions Architect and has help companies like Estee Lauder and Pearson Education undergo digital transformation via Enterprise and Solution Architecture and improving customer experience through product oriented delivery of high touch experiences. At Pearson he lead the effort to develop an Enterprise wide Direct Delivery Target Architecture that transformed the learning experience for over 4 Million learners globally. He is excited to come to UCSF and apply his experience to help UCSF undergo digital transformation to improve health care and create a high touch experience across the three pillars of education, research and health care.
